The Inventory Module enables a school to manage and implement all of its stock purchase and sales operations. School can assess all types of purchases, allocate these items to various store locations, return damaged items, provide items to the staff and students on request and also print different types of reports and statements. Auto updating and posting to School Accounts makes the entire purchase and sales process hassle free and leaves no human errors. This module consists of functions ranging from purchase order generation, stock receipt, storage allocation and items issue.
The Fixed Asset module consists of functions ranging from defining items, depreciation calculation, disposal and transfer of assets.
